Production efficiency is about fine-tuning the entire chain of production. We follow a six-step wise approach as a guide for this production efficiency programme. 

  1. Define your targets and objectives 
  2. Baseline measurements on feed, farm, and health aspects 
  3. Designate customised solutions including (animal) models, products and digitalization 
  4. Make an analysis of comparison of the resources required to implement suggested solutions with a potential return based on prices and past experiences 
  5. Collaborating with experts such as farm manager, nutritionist or vets to start implementing the plan 
  6. Monitoring & evaluating the intervention, whether it meets the customers need as mentioned in step 1
